PROCESSING POLICY

Processing time varies depending on the service you selected. Processing time DO NOT include weekends and shipping period.

• Custom Wigs - 7-10 business days (DO NOT include weekends)

SHIPPING POLICY 

After the processing time is complete. All wigs are shipped using USPS Priority Mail.

• For US residents 2-5 business days
• For International 6-10 business days
• Signature is required upon delivery

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once a wig has been touched/worn it is not able to be resold 

• If you place a order and would like to cancel your order, you have 48 hours after you have purchased to contact us via email stylesbymisslisa@gmail.com

CANCELLATIONS will be a $25 restocking fee

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages
