Thank you for shopping with Flawless Wigs by Lisa! We take pride in creating high-quality custom wigs and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Because our wigs are made-to-order and considered intimate goods, please read our policy carefully.


REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once a wig has been touched, worn or handled by the buyer it is not able to be resold. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns once a wig has been purchased.

ORDER WRONG WIG SIZE

If you orders the wrong wig size, the unit can be remade through our reconstruction service. Because each wig is custom-made, a reconstruction fee will apply to cover the cost of materials and labor.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending the original unit back for reconstruction. Detailed shipping instructions and the return address will be provided once the request is approved.

Please note that reconstruction services are offered as an accommodation and are not considered a refund or exchange.

To avoid this happening please provide accurate measurements

ORDER CANCELLATIONS 

  • If you need to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of purchase.
  • After 24 hours, your order enters production and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

EXCHANGES are only accepted when you have received the wrong items. 

  • Please make sure that you read all the descriptions before placing a order, due to the no exchange or refund policy.

DEFECTS OR ISSUES UPON ARRIVAL 

If your wig arrives with an error caused by us (wrong length, texture, lace size, etc.):

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a detailed description of the issue.

  • We will investigate and, if approved, offer:

    • A free repair
    • A free remake 

We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet this policy or show signs of wear, styling, or tampering.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages marked as delivered or delays due to postal carriers 

  • All orders comes with tracking number
  • Make sure your address is entered correctly
  • A signature is required upon delivery 

Please file a claim with the carrier in these cases.
